Return Policy
ALL SUMMER TEXT AND CLASS MATERIAL SALES ARE FINAL
LAST DAY FOR FALL 2010 RETURNS IS SEPTEMBER 1, 2010
Course material refunds are given through the posted last day for returns for the following reasons ONLY:
- Student drops or changes classes
- Cancellation of course
- Book adoption changed by professor
- Student inadvertently given the wrong book
It is not our policy to give a full refund for any reason other than those stated above. Exceptions, however, may be made at our discretion.
In any exception where the return does not conform to the policy stated above we will either charge a restocking fee of up to 20% per book or issue a store credit for the full value.
Requirements for a return:
- Must have original receipt
- Merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased
- New shrink-wrapped packages must remain unopened
- If returning for a reason stated above, please bring a copy of your schedule or a syllabus
Returns Period:
- Final day for FALL and SPRING textbook returns is ONE WEEK from start of classes. See receipt and signs posted in store for final date.
- Texts purchased for SUMMER or INTERSESSION classes must be returned by close of business on the second day of class.
- ONE DAY return period for non-text purchases and THREE DAY return period for clothing.
Although it is our intention to provide the best and most courteous service possible, we have been forced to be more restrictive by circumstances beyond our control.
